Im amazed at the foolishness of trying to claim a ex MI6 intelligence officer is suddenly a russian spy.
Russia was never mentioned in that tweet.

How did the memo compromise our intelligence community? What is the “reckless” issue?

Well (hopefully) the dems in question will simply explain: at the time we didn't know that the dossier was a complete hoax.

Too late! The documents are released proving that they already knew that it was and financially sponsored by whom (Hillary).

She isn't a host.

She is a contributor and editor of another publication.

Besides the first warrant was in October 2016 and there were 3 additional 90 day extensions well after Trumps election, so what would be the point.

Keep in mind that the decision of the FISA judges is based on a extensive documentation and a FISA Warrant does not imply guilt but probable cause. There seemed to be plenty of reasons to surveil Page for probable cause.
The judge probably wouldn't know at the time that it was bogus information. If he did, though he wouldn't have given them the warrant. That is almost 100% true. I'll bet the judge, now knowing it was bogus would like to have words with the agent that brought it to him.

One thing I can't figure - Carter Page left the Trump campaign before the election and was characterized by Sanders and Spicer as nothing more than an unpaid intern/adviser who Trump hardly knew. Why is he suddenly the focus of the investigaton of the campaign's ties to Russia?

Basically throwing out the theory that they were put into place by Republicans to set up the dems. Friggin amazing.
I'm not a Democrat and never have been.

But, it is a simple fact that Rosenstein, Mueller, Comey and Wray were all appointed to Federal DOJ positions by Republican Presidents. In Rosenstein and Wray's cases, they were also confirmed by Republican-majority Congresses. Not one Republican spoke out against their confirmation.

So, yep, if it turns out that these guys are as bad as you say, the Republicans certainly share in the blame for letting such corrupt and evil folks get into important positions at the DOJ.

At the very least, President Trump should have vetted Rosenstein more carefully before taking Rosenstein's advice about firing Comey last year.

Hmm, maybe Comey can get his old job at the FBI back. Follow me here: Rosenstein is rotten and he advised Trump to fire Comey, so Trump should reinstate Comey!

The fact that the dossier was funded by the opposing campaign obviously should have been provided to the FISA judge. That is a major omission and the judge likely would have turned it down if he had known so.

WoW. No wonder the FBI didn't want it released.

Even Putin isn't this bad.
