People need to work on understanding that difference before they run around screaming the sky is falling.
Yes, I'm sure most Trump supporters engaged in so much nuance when Obama was in office.

This happened on Trump's watch right after his tax bill went into effect. He owns this. And he is a failure.

Because we pointed out that Trump supporters gave him credit when it didn't belong to him for the record highs and refuses to put any of the blame on him when it falls you suggest we do something as stupid as selling stocks now that they are down?

What I find hilarious is that on BNN the DOW number's showing today's losses are actually showing in GREEN ( which means positive) but instead all other numbers in losses show in RED!! Hummm? Who is doing this "Alternative Messenging" in the Market??? Dow ends up @ 24,300 @closing for Feb 5th, 2018 Futures indicate 24,150 for DJI

Just another false advertising/messaging attempt by the ALT-Right types who have somehow infiltrated even Stock Market reporters!! Man.. Just how far does "Trumpism" reach??

Trump Considering Firing Dow Jones Industrial Average

"According to the aides, Trump is “furious†at the D.J.I.A. for going down so precipitously and believes that it has treated him “very unfairly.â€

“Increasingly, the President has become convinced that the Dow Jones Industrial Average is not on his team,†one aide said. “Seeing the negative Dow numbers in the corner of the TV screen has been wrecking eleven hours of every day for him.â€

Reportedly, Trump is mulling replacing the Dow with a new system, in which Sarah Huckabee Sanders would appear every day at 4 p.m. to announce how high stocks had skyrocketed."

Trump stopped short of saying that he would ask for the stock market index’s resignation, but his contempt for the Dow was palpable.

“The Dow Jones Industrial Average is a disgrace, and it should be very, very ashamed of itself,†he said."

Exactly. I'm sure Trump will not take the blame for its fall, nor should he. He shouldn't take responsibility for the stock market at all.

All due to Trump's policies. Things were going so well until Trump decided to force a tax plan on America that's now DESTROYING the stock market.

Hmm...so you are mad at being called out for being incorrect. Seems like the behavior of a Trump supporter to me.

Bottom line is that although a big drop today, this isn't "the biggest ever" by a long shot. In percentage points, the market would need to drop several thousand points. Today is nowhere near the magnitude of previous declines.

This!

Now! After Trump has put a major financial policy in place he owns the result of it. Increase in paycheck yep Trump did that. Increase is stocks yep Trump did that too after his policy was in. Dip in the market, that'd be him too. Downward spiral, you guessed it, it's on him too. Have to take the bad with the good.

Dow down over 2,000 points in under a week.

Analysts nervous about many things including the lack of US government stability...maybe Wall Street knows something we don't know??? Major indictments??
