GOP expected to agree to send Democratic memo to Trump's desk

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee are likely to vote Monday evening to make public the Democratic memo rebutting GOP allegations that the FBI abused surveillance laws, a move that will put the issue back on President Donald Trump's desk this week.

The classified memo from Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, is written to push back against the central allegations of the Republican memo from Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes."

Three Republicans--Trey Gowdy, Peter King and Mike Turner--have indicated they will vote to release the Democrat's memo, which is enough to send it to the White House.

If that happens, will Trump release it?

My guess is he will redact it terribly, falsely citing National Security concerns.

Yes he will release it.

Release it all. Everything. Every Thing. Don't care who falls over the next year as this all comes out. I can already smell fresh air. It's at the end of the road and we'll all be breathing better when this is over.

If he doesn't release it, it will just make him look even worse and even more guilty of obstruction.

Of course he will release it - Hiding Stuff - pleading the fifth - and destroying harddrives/emails is Strictly the Dem's modus operandi - - -
The bigger question is, will this thread be TRASHED for not being posted under the CDF 'Memo' sticky, or will Dem's get their OWN memo sticky . . .

my guess: trump will neither approve or veto the release. at the end of the 5day period when it automatically becomes declassified trump will go on a twitter rant against schiff, the dems and possibly the memo itself.

Every single republican on the committee voted for it's release. The vote was unanimous.

So if POTUS Trump decides not to release it, the optics would be bad for him. The left will go nuts, and it would definitely raise some eyebrows with independents and moderate conservatives/RINOs.
