IF whites wanted a separate state in SA they could have done that already. While the attacks on them are horrendous and the racism by the government is horrendous essentially your taking a terrible situation for everybody and pointing at the least affected group and talking about their experience. IF your talking about White Farm Murders and racism your opinion is justified in separate nations. But Apartheid is discrimination. the argument isn't whether Apartheid was better for the economy but whether you would live as a slave vs. living in a terrible situation but free. Americans have said this for ages that they would rather be free in a dangerous situation or die trying to leave slavery than ever be held down but in a decent or good situation.
Would you rather be a slave/discriminated in a good economic situation or have liberty.
Would that be the colonization and displacement of the TRUE original inhabitants of Southern Africa (the Khoisan) by the Bantus from North and West Africa....... or the subsequent colonization by the Dutch/English?..... or the expansion of the Zulu Kingdom?

The nicest mansions in Johannesburg are a 5 min drive from the slums. The only way something like that's possible is if the majority of the population was systematically prevented from participating in the economy. That's why homes in Sandton have 15 ft walls, because thousands of people next door don't have running water or electricity. And you wonder why people turn to crime?
I think the idiots who are ruining life in S Africa have been behaving the same way for a 1000 years. They are just not controlled anymore.

I agree. Of course, like most colonizers, they did it wrong, and were oppressive in many ways. However, the country, and populace left to its own devices will descend into a corrupt hell hole like most other African nations. Sad. This has nothing to do with race, but it is the reality of their situation.
Nelson, and Winnie Mandela were the worst thing that happened to Black S. Africa. They were both criminals, and terrorists. Ask Amnesty International.
The country should be separated in two and since black S Africans are equal or superior and much more numerous and whites were holding them down they should have no problem creating a more prosperous and peaceful nation. Just leave whites to their own misery without the benefit of outsiders enriching them.
