I don't understand the attacks on Mueller. He is a republican, hired by a republican to conduct an investigation. Nearly 50 years of his life dedicated to government service. In the case of the Russia investigation, the man is just doing his job. He has no bias.
Robert Mueller is decorated Marine and Vietnam veteran. He was awarded the Bronze Star & Purple Heart for combat valor as he rescued a wounded marine (after Mueller had been shot himself) while under heavy enemy fire during an ambush. Nearly half of Mueller's platoon was killed in action that day.
Say what you wish about Rosenstein & Weissmann, but Bob Mueller is an American hero and has done more for his country than probably 99% of the registered posters on City-Data. Anyone who says they honor and respect veterans yet would verbally attack or insult Bob Mueller is a hypocrite.
