As a percentage of income Trumps $400,000 donation is like someone with $25,000 giving $1 to charity. Is someone with $25,000 giving $1 to charity generous?
Altruistic? For returning a pittance of the tens of millions of dollars he has, and continues, to enrich himself with from the U.S. taxpayers?
