First of all, our culture is hardly anarchic. It's the opposite actually. Political correctness, Grievance Inc, Virtue Signalers 'R' Us, the campus speech/thought police and the various #me_you_us_victim "movements" are all cultural totalitarians. They punish any dissension with a singular ferocity typically only seen with the worst despots and tyrants. Anarchic? Really? Are you stoned?
Cruel and greedy, sure. Those are hallmarks of totalitarian dictators. Depravity, maybe. But not anarchic, no way.

Most of our culture exists at this point to scold, bark orders, force assimilation, etc. Having been an outsider to every clique in existence for most of my life, I long ago learned to do things in spite of the culture rather than as a result of it or based on its acceptance.
There is no fixing the direction a herd travels. Just stay out of its way and make your own way. That's always been my thinking. Proper American individualism for the win.

Agreed. The left isn't anarchic except when it comes to law and order and doing anything that it can in order to topple our government so they can substitute their own.
