Donations are not profits... NRA is a Not for profit organization
Profit as a verb describes the situation precisely. Look it up for yourself.

The background check is CRITICALLY extensive.

If the seller does indeed present them self as menacing or a possible threat he does have a right to not sell. Your hyperbolic what if ism that you threw out, means zip, zero, zilch. NADA.

Uhh... wrong...

Not all states enforce the same laws on bars.

My local gun store reported Omar Mateen to the FBI, T-310 can do the same if his customer acted like Mateen. But that wasn't the case now was it? Nope.

In your hyper hysterical short sighted mind whomever owns a machine gun is going to slaughter.

Wrong.
Since I deal in full auto, I need ATF authorization to transfer the weapon. Hysterical liberals just don’t know bupkis about firearm laws.

Ban it also. Ban all that have similar/like characteristics.

Once again, we're asking you to identify those characteristics which differentiates an "assault rife" from a hunting rifle.

Never happen but now people will rush out to buy them. Ruger will never have it so good and neither will Bushmaster.

Default Here's the solution to school shootings:

Form shooting clubs in every school, and invite the NRA to teach gun safety and shooting skills. Take all children to the shooting range on a regular basis, so they can become familiar with the handling of guns and shooting.

Arm every teacher, and allow students to arm themselves at school.

No would-be shooter would dare enter such a school to commit such a violent act.
