So now we're equating Scott Pruitt, a political appointee, with a person in Congress? He's a political appointee. The majority of them would never even be recognized by the public in any public setting anywhere (unless they happened to run for president like Ben Carson). They are federal employees and they need to travel coach.

He can well afford to pay out of pocket if he wants to upgrade, just should not be at taxpayer expense. He spent enough money sound proofing his office and installing secure phones, he has nothing over NSA.


Maybe Exxon can fly him gratis.
