People are cruel.

Have you seen the comments on the video of Alyssa Alhadeff's mother? I don't believe I can link to Facebook here, but just search for it. Her 14 year old daughter was gunned down and after making burial arrangements, she was accosted by reporters. Her response was to yell at Trump about gun laws. Rather than offering compassion, people are attacking her for it, calling her a crisis actor, etc.

I don't care who you supported or continue to support for president - no one deserves to have their child murdered. People who attack those parents are worse than scum. But if you think it's partisan, you're not far above them.

Yes, people are cruel. The Sandy Hook parents are still being harassed by people saying it was all a hoax.

If you think that's cruel, I got news for you. Cruel is enduring tragedy after tragedy like this and not only doing nothing, but actually making it easier for the tragedy to happen again.
That's just what I was going to say. Of course tragedies can happen no matter who is president but as a neurodivergent person I wouldn't trust myself with a gun so many mentally ill probably shouldn't have one either.
Nothing he can do about it now but it's a consequence that can hopefully teach the rest of his supporters.

Sure it's sad but that doesn't change the fact that maybe it could have been prevented.

The world has always been bad but it's difficult to deny that Trump has made the most unsafe choices. It may get worse if it hasn't already if people continue to allow him to do things like this.

People wouldn't say such things if there was any proof that it was NOT a hoax.

No video/cam footage despite it being installed at the school. No crime scene photos.
No motive. No plausible theory for a motive. No witnesses.

Gee, I wonder why people are skeptical.

No, they are all over City-Data too. Most of them need a lesson in being respectful and some soap to clean up their hateful words. One person suggested that people who liked what Trump said in his speech must be having a sexual experience. That was low down and rotten to the core.

Like I said, there will and always be cruel people.

And, the parents buried empty coffins? Are their kids away at boarding schools or something? And, was it all done so that the community could get funds for a new school building? No, wait... the parents sold their kids to that child sex ring thing in the non-existent basement of that pizza parlor.
