I don't know how you came to that conclusion, Federal Indictments are always broad.
The DOJ indicated they impersonating people and distributing political messages before the election, do you think it was just a hobby. The issue isn't whether they were successfull or not , its that they tried.
If you were on the receiving end of these indictments I doubt you would claim it's no big deal.

Some of the most desperate among them, are still insisting that Trump MUST be guilty of SOMETHING, the grand jury must be withholding things they aren't telling us, there are huge revelations yet to come, and on and on. As usual with zero evidence to back up any of their ravings.
