Your telling me if laws were in place for someone who is mentally ill and criminal background checks in place, crime rate would not go down at ALL? I have argued over and over and over and over that I am not against having the conversation about how we can deal with mentally ill individuals.

Conversation and action/laws are different. We can have a conversation about it all you want while you are complicit and have more children, teacher, and public hero's die.
