I wonder how the law firm this attorney worked for is going to come under the hammer---
Supposedly he was terminated in 17---
wonder if it was because the firm knew he was going to plead guilty to this and likely was guilty of other/more serious violations
But you have to admit it was likely a coup to have him working there with his connections via FIL to Russian wealth and power...

Heard news story that Gates is looking for new attorney as of last 24-48 hrs
He had changed attorneys fairly recently---last week maybe when word he was going to made a plea deal came out
Wonder if this means he now is NOT going to be doing that or if his attornies saw what Mueller is doing to Manafort's attorney and decided the water is too hot to take any risks...

More Russians in the Trump White House than in most Tolstoy novels.

I wonder if anyone is keeping count on how much of our money is being spent vs how many people are convicted for anything having to do with the actual original mission called "Collusion". To make it even easier, I wonder how much of our money has been spent to date vs ANY convictions?

Is it 5 million per,10 million per,20,30,50?

Something like 18 indictments and 5 guilty pleas. As far as government investigations go that is pretty damn good. I mean I am sure you can think of a few in the past decade or so that lasted about as long and yielded a lot less.

I dunno. What was the tab for all the three years' worth of Benghazi hearings?

Refresh my memory - What was the ratio of dollars to indictments in the four years of Benghazi investigations, just so we have a standard of comparison?

Paul Manafort and Rick Gates' case has added a new criminal charge or charges as of Wednesday, though whether the action is additional grand-jury approved indictments or indicates a coming a plea agreement remains a mystery.
