Okay, maybe it seems momentarily amusing, but the food supply is not as secure as you may imagine - nor the water supply.

We went to a KFC in Michigan and ordered a bucket of chicken and they said they were out. So, we ordered nuggets. Out. Chicken Sandwich? Out. We are out of every kind of chicken.

What do you have?

Anything that does not say Chicken.

What is the name of this place again?

Kentucky Fried - oh Ha ha ha.

Can I have some fried Oh Ha ha ha please?

this actually happened again later, except it was not as fun, they just said they were out of chicken again so we left.

When we got home our chickens were missing. We had a moment of panic until we found them under the tarp that covers the boat.

One other time, we were coming home from a magic performance I did for a cancer charity. We had two of our smallest Banthams with us - I used them for a trick. When we pulled up to the window, we said we wanted really fresh chicken and they said they would cook some for us. We said no we want really fresh, can you please just cook this one and held the bantam out to them. The girl screamed and ran for the manager. Luckily the manager thought it was funny, or we may have gone home hungry that day. So the moral of the story- if your local KFC runs out of chicken, do not try to help them out, just go elsewhere.

I think they hate us, we probably should not go back there. They would spit in our chicken if they had any.

That used to happen at my local KFC all the time, they'd say they ran out of chicken. Then there was that soccer ball chicken incident that KFC never apologized for( Bea Arthur did a spot about it, RIP) so we stopped going there altogether.
I can get better chicken at my local grocery store. And Chick Fil A has the best chicken sandwiches, bar none.
