So far the same social media post threatening school violence has been circulated through over 10 counties. Because of the nature of the post and how it keeps circulating, each time with a new county as part of the threat, officials believe this is just a hoax. But the questions I find myself asking are who is responsible for these threats, why have they not been tracked down, and who stands to benefit from this sort of senseless nonsense. I would like to think it's just some errant teenager who thinks this sort of thing is somehow funny. But my gut tells me there's more to it than that. The anti-gun crowd are currently in a frenzy, and I wouldn't put it past some activist out there doing this just to create more fear in order to advance their cause. No matter who is to blame, the bottom line is this sort of thing needs to stop. I personally have no problem with improving background checks for gun purchases, but I also believe we must make some real progress when it comes to identifying the people who use social media as a weapon in this way. 10 counties in my state currently have their schools on lockdown because of this, and someone needs to find out who is responsible for this madness.
You know, you are probably right and personally I think that's insane. So much technology right at their fingertips yet stuff like this goes unpunished.
Russia and the Dems have been working together with no end in sight.
They will never stop doing damage to the country.
I will be waiting eagerly for your reply with the links to prove your false accusation, thanks!
