I am drawing a blank here. Why would this guy be of interest? He left the campaign before all the interesting stuff.

Near as I can see it is Trump's financial concerns.

“Here’s what Manafort’s indictment tells me: Mueller is going to go over every financial dealing of Jared Kushner and the Trump Organization,” Sam Nunberg told Vanity Fair. “Trump is at 33 percent in Gallup. You can’t go any lower. He’s f—ed.”

Being that Nunberg was once close to the Trump campaign team, and was actually fired by Trump and then sued for breaching a confidentiality agreement, he seems to know a thing or two about what went on — although he didn’t actually come out in detail.

He was on and off the campaign. He was quoted multiple times in "Fire and Fury" and has acknowledged the quotes attributed to him are accurate.

Joy Reid interviewed him a few weeks ago and he was drunk off his ass. It was...interesting.

There wasn't any interesting stuff. The time when Nunberg was involved is no different from the rest of he time.

He was on MSNBC with Ari Melber two days ago. Basically said Trump screws everyone and that he was worried about Michael Cohen because he gets screwed more than anyone.

I believe he is friends with Steve Bannon.

You ask, Why ? I ask, Why not ? Mueller needs something, anything to get Trump in case conspiracy to interfere with the election goes nowhere.

I think we will see more surprises as Mueller continues to investigate. Sometimes ancillary crimes are discovered when you turn over stones and flush out the insects. Richard Pinedo is a good example. He's just a two bit criminal that sold fake identities to Russian's. I would be surprised if he had anything to do with Trump. He's Jeff Session's Mark Lambert to Uranium one.

I'm sure Mueller is going to talk to everyone related to the Trump campaign. A thorough investigation is just that. Anyone else curious about what Bannon told Mueller? Wasn't he supposed to be held in contempt of congress for not testifying? I wonder if Mueller wants to keep him silent for now?
