The market never was free. The US has low barriers but most of the countries we trade with do not.

Good luck abolishing the state in China and every where else. The Chinese are culturally nationalistic so I still doubt they will be fair with their trade and business dealings even without the "state".

It's a meme in libertarian circles. It's well-known that Trump is freakishly skin-toned, and he's continuing most of Obama's destructive policies with regards to things like foreign policy, spending, the debt, and civil liberties. Just like Obama continued most of Bush's destructive policies.
