Anyway, so what. The financial crisis was a huge money-making opportunity for traders and anyone with the guts and know-how to play it.
Those other investors are not travelling the country denouncing wealth inequality.
This doesn't include Nancy's husband Paul Pelosi, a venture capitalist who's estimated net worth is over $300,000,000.00 dollars. Nothing like lecturing people about wealth inequality, the heartlessness, the disgust of it all, when you and your spouse are worth half a BILLION dollars.

Lots of people made money during the financial crisis. Heck, even "nobodies" like me did, because when the market is low, it's called a "sale."
As for the "crumbs" comments, she's right on that, too. Many rich people - like her - will stand to gain permanent tax benefits from the pay-day loan tax scam, while the working class will get crumbs for now with their benefits being temporary. You can shoot the messenger all you like, righties, but that doesn't mean the message isn't true.

Both parties will sell you out, but the far-right will also want to monitor your bedroom for the "wrong" kind of sex, your temple for the "wrong" kind of religion, and so forth.
