What mess is that? You mean the DACA kids that are contributing to our society? The ones who are well educated and paying their taxes? That mess?
If the are outstanding citizens, then they should return to their home countries, and apply for a Green Card. Should be no issue for them to come here legally.
If not, then they are no better than the vast majority with bastard babies living off the government.
Doesn't mean they have to APPROVE the requests, only that they accept applications. It in no way requires the administration to "keep the program going" except for the accepting of applications - which can be DENIED. Should be denied, anyway.

Still didn't answer my question....how do they file taxes? Pay taxes? (other than sales) Register for selective service (which has to be proven before filling out the FAFSA for a male)? I had to send in a copy of my son's birth certificate even back in 1985 to get him a social security number..... Go ahead... explain this one to me.....

I don't know HOW they pay for taxes, just that they do. That's not my milieu.
