But now, any woman can make a false accusation against a man, and send him to jail without evidence. And if a woman gets divorced, she gets all sort of benefits like alimony and/or child support (if the couple has kids) while the man could go to jail if he doesn't pay.

So to equalize things, we should do the same to men, many of whom weren’t involve since your “forever?”

any person can go to the sheriffs department and convince the warrant writer someone has committed a crime against them and have an arrest warrant issued. Then they plea/make their bond and let the evidence begin (due process).
I'm not sure why the alimony thing gets brought up all the time. Spousal support is very limited in most states and awarded to which ever partner is on the crap end of the income equity until such time they can support themselves. Don't want to pay alimony, don't have a dependent spouse. And for Pete's sake why shouldn't parents be responsible for providing for their children.
