Payment doesn't have to be in the form of a check. How many times does this have to be repeated to you and your fellow anti-wall people? Even if Mexico handed us a check you'd all still whine because let's face it you don't want a wall that will impede the flow of illegal aliens from Mexico anyway. Why don't you guys just admit your ulterior motive instead of constantly whining about who's going to pay for the wall?

Do you know how many buildings Trump has 'built'?

And the wall is where exactly? I'll let you chew on that for 1 year, 21 hours, and 53 minutes.

Um, it hasn't been built yet as prototypes are still being evaluated and funding not passed by congress yet, duh. I'll let you chew on that one for awhile.

IF Mexico is paying why does congress have to pass funding?

We aren't going to quit asking this question precisely because Trump assured Americans the wall wouldn't cost us a penny. And yes, we want it in the form of a check. Any other way can easily never be collected, or will be collected off the backs of Americans in the form of higher prices to offset tariffs, etc.

Check in hand first. And if we get that, I will cease my protests about the wall. I'll continue to think it's a waste of money and a black hole of never-ending upkeep for generations to come, but if Mexico pays for it, so be it.

But I have no fears that I will ever have to back up those words because everyone knows the only way the wall will be built at this point is using American tax dollars. Meaning it's never going to happen.

Do you have a mouse in your pocket?

A fee or tax on remittances sent to Mexico ($28 billion in 2016) won't cost Americans anything.

So no worries. Buy your mouse a big chunk of Gouda!

You don't think they will figure out how to dodge that fee -- shaking my head.

They forgot we already have one, and the good one here in SD works wonders.

Californians should remember that Trump's tax plan has made the tax imbalance California already pays even greater. Mexico pay for it? Please. California tax dollars will contribute the Trump's wall. Remember this in November and kick the 14 Republicans in California out of office. We need 24 seats to take the House. Trump will continue to do what he's doing until Republicans lose complete control of all branches of government.
