The bottom line is that Obama/Holder coerced school districts and law enforcement agencies to keep teen criminals OUT of the law enforcement/justice systems with Federal grant money, wanted them disciplined only at school, so therefore violent offenders like Cruz have no criminal record as a violent offender. That means they can pass a background check and therefore, buy guns.
Easy to see exactly WHAT went wrong in the Parkland school shooting. Cruz's violent illegal acts at both school and home were swept under the rug and he wasn't given a criminal record so he could have a "2nd chance."

Amazing how you fail to mention that in all of the police response calls to his home his parent and/or guardian failed to press charges. If that had did that once THEN perhaps he would not have got a gun.
