Maybe it was for legendary works in the field of "art".

I see nothing about being fluent in languages here:

EB1 Extraordinary Ability Requirement, EB-1A Requirements, Requirement for Aliens with Extraordinary Ability

Do you?

Here's another link right to the horse's mouth:

I'm sure there's a provision for the trophy wives of millionaires and billionaires. Sugar Daddy's have rights too.

Melania is married to a multi-billionaire businessman(now President) with global business interests which contribute millions of dollars to the US economy. Do you think for even a second that an intelligent, educated, and attractive woman fluent in 5 languages(and speaks English and Italian) is not of great value to a multi-billion dollar business empire and therefor, the country from the perspective of EB1 program?

Would you have even given a rats rear end if Trump was not president? How do you feel about the millions of illegal aliens who are here now destroying this country? Have you spoken against them, here, on this forum?

I find him to be a hypocrite and one of the biggest rats in the swamp.

Where in the two links I provided does it say a word about, or even relating to, "an intelligent, educated, and attractive woman fluent in 5 languages(and speaks English and Italian) who is of great value to a multi-billion dollar business empire"?

She wasn't married to him when that visa was approved.

She has no skills for which that specific visa should have been approved.
Whether you want to believe it or not, there are many Americans who are multi-lingual so her speaking however many languages is hardly a qualification for permanent residency.

Rather than deflecting to illegal aliens, why not focus on the clear abuses to the visa system that appear to be possible if one has enough money to circumvent the process, as that is the topic of this thread.

Or do you believe that exceptions should be made for arm candy?

I guess they should have given it to Jose Ines Garcia Zarate.

So, is that included within the 5 that she's supposedly "fluent" in, or is it now 7 languages?

Has she ever acted as a translator for Trump enterprises? Is she an employee?

This might come as a shock, but there are WHOLE COUNTRIES that are multilingual, where the average citizen knows 3 or 4 languages.
