Enough of the insults.

Melanie did not meet the qualifications for an EB1 visa, not by any stretch of the imagination. She had no accomplishments to speak of at the time, and has none now.

To keep posting that she speaks five languages is just silly. She's been here twenty years now and can barely speak English. It's anybody's guess how well she speaks the other four languages.

In any case, speaking several languages still does not meet he EB1 visa requirements.

Many Europeans. Hell, even I can speak 3 and get by in 3 more. While speaking multiple languages is certainly impressive, it's a baseline in most of Europe and there's really no excuse for any American to not at least be bilingual.

Two of her languages, Slovenian and Serbian, are pretty close to being mutually intelligible. She's lived in the US for decades, so of course she speaks English and likely began learning it at a young age in school. Her English is not particularly impressive for someone who has lived her as long as she has, though she is certainly fluent. I've never heard her speak French, German or Italian, so I can't speak to her fluency in either language.

Article says she received 5 h1bís between 96-01. I wonder if Trump wants to cut that part of the h1b as well. Donít we have enough American models?

She shouldn't have qualified but she got it.

Clearly strings were pulled which is a common occurrence for the rich and powerful.

About a year earlier a woman gave millions in political donations to get her hubby a pardon (he was on the FBI top 10 list).

The elite of either party don't want to start turning over too many rocks for good reason.

Sooo, we'll just have the usual partisan bickerfest on a go-nowhere topic. *shrug*

There may be something wrong with it. It certainly doesn't make sense based on the limited facts we have available.

Why some of you pay mind to WaPo daily nonsense is beyond me.
Seems consistent to me. Trump supports Amnesty, and WaPo (according to you) promotes Amnesty. Just more evidence of the biased media reporting favorably for Trump. Imagine if they all printed the entire truth about everything, his head would explode.

I'm wondering if it's her ground breaking work on cyber bullying that she used to gain entry. Going undercover to investigate/research the world's biggest cyber bully I guess.

Def draining the swamp here. I guess we'll have frat dudes at "the wall" and if a hot Mexican woman that looks like Selma Hayek strolls up she can hop on through.
Personally I'd just settle for immigrants that can in short order support themselves. I guess one would say she met that criteria. She probably hasn't ever been on SNAP or living in subsidized housing. But yes, I would prefer a talented individual come in under this "Einstein Visa" program as was intended.

Melanie came over on a visitors' visa, took jobs, and was paid. This is illegal.

How she qualified for an "Einstein" visa is anybody's guess, but she obviously does not meet the criteria. Surely, there was no shortage of porn models at the time.

Now she's hauling her family over and they are seeking citizenship. Chain migration.

Trump has been clear about his position regarding illegal immigrants taking jobs away from citizens and chain migration.

This is small potatoes in the great scheme of things, but nonetheless.
