I'd dispute that, and even if it were so, people like Huckabee are doing everything they can to keep them from being on an even foot. Would you willingly sit across the table from someone who compared your sexual orientation to beastiality? Who argued that allowing your marriage was akin to formalizing incestuous relationships?
Gay couples earn more than heterosexual couples. Gay couples have a higher educational level. That is privilege!
Huckabee and his daughter are right wing nut jobs. If you remember Huckabee went to the Trump tower to get his daughter that job. Trump claims he is now religious and conservative when he used to be a liberal Democrat. It’s actually funny watching these fools.

On top of that, he's a theocrat. Kyle Kulinski said this on his Secular Talk YouTube channel a few years back. Huckabee said "It's a lot easier to change the Constitution than to change the word of the living God". Kyle added (I fully agree with him, paraphrasing here), OK, basically just throw out the Constitution and replace it with the Bible. Amending the Constitution so that it fits with "God's law" is effectively the same thing.

And these are the type of folks that if Jesus actually came back, they would crucify him again for the gospel he preaches that so goes against their hypocritical bible thumping, greedy self-serving agendas.
