He signs papers and creates distraction.

That man will sign anything you put in front of him. It's what he's been doing his whole life.

Whatever Congress or anyone else wants Trump to sign something, all they have to do is be the last ones in the room with him before the signing ceremony.

He loves being the life of the party.

But is the deal then that Kushner is actually doing the job while Trump is the front man here?

Trump eats McDonalds in his bedroom while tweeting Fox News. There is a strong timing correlation between Trump's tweet content and Fox News stories. People used to think he was having original thoughts, but no, he's just tweeting what he sees on Fox TV. Kushner appears to use his position to get the business loans.

So if Kushner is busy hustling investors, and Trump spends a big part of his work week eating Bic Macs in his bedroom, tweeting what he sees on fox and phoning his "friends" to blab about his troubles, sitcom jokes aside, who is POTUS?

That is a pretty good question.

Some say Ivanka, others General Kelly.

Personally favor either Mr. Mitch McConnell or Mr. Paul Ryan; maybe both as they take things in turns.

Ivanka is traveling around with her own hustle. She may weigh in on this, that, or the other, but the day in and day out business of running the country, setting policy, problem-solving, working with Congress, ... is Kelly doing that?
