The most controversial method to stop mass murder that nobody talks about (claims, children)

Honestly, most parents are too busy just trying to pay the bills to devote time to regular family bonding time.
If everyone waited to have kids until they were wealthy enough to not need to prioritise their jobs, the human species wouldn't exist.
Not saying it's right to neglect bonding and active engagement with one's kids, just that it's a realistic fact of life for many families.
But what are they working FOR? To buy junk for the kids instead of maybe not working so much and giving them what they REALLY need...love and attention!
They don't NEED phones and video games and all the other crap...
Mental illness doesn't cause people to become mass killers. Millions of people in the U.S. have mental illness, about 2.6 million with schizophrenia and about 6 million with bipolar disorder. There have been about 10 school shootings in the past 10 years. The fact that a school shooter has a mental illness is about as relevant as him having a freckle on his ear. You can't find the next school shooter by looking at mental illness.
In Japan they have very strict gun control laws. Japan has roughly 40% of the US population. In the US there are more guns (long guns and pistols) in circulation than people, roughly 1100 guns for every thousand people. In Japan there are 6 guns (long guns and pistols) for every thousand people. In the US, excluding suicide, there are more than 13,000 gun deaths a year. In Japan there are 10 per year.
Those who still believe that "guns don't kill people, people kill people" are the ones who are mentally ill.

Tell us, oh, wise one, how anyone can make such a guarantee? Did you invent a time machine so every prospective parent can travel forward and see if their child turned out all right?
You've posted some stupid stuff on this forum, but this has to be the dumbest.
Gee, you know how to confiscate 300+ million guns, but you don't know how to gauge proper parenting?
Single-motherhood among the blacks is over 70%, the highest in all racial groups. Anybody pointing out single parent is a racist according to the left.
Nikolas Cruz was adopted. If anyone is put through the ringer to prove to independent authorities that your child will "not become a murderer," it's adoptive parents. Their whole lives are scrutinized. While there are of course abusive, neglectful adoptive parents, it is much less likely given the amount of self reflection, conscious thought and effort, and money that goes into completing an adoption compared to the circumstances involved with giving birth.
I've seen articles stating that his parents adopted him from a drug addicted mother as an infant. That could have caused fundamental changes in his brain. Or he could have just been born "bad." Dylan Klebold's mother has made very public reconciliations about the actions of her son at Columbine, and neither of the perpetrators seemed to have bad home lives. Both were middle class with stay at home moms. Klebold's parents were religious Lutherans and pacifists, but his mother came from some Jewish heritage that was celebrated in their home (which made the Nazi undertones of the pair even more disturbing).
My parents were viciously emotionally abusive, neglectful and, I have come to accept, mentally ill. Their poor decisions have left them facing extreme poverty in their old age with no one able to stomach being around them to provide care in their old age. Neither of their children have them in their lives anymore. If parenting was a be-all, end-all, my brother and I would be a poor sight. And yet we both are relatively successful, well-educated, and have never had trouble with drugs, alcohol, or the law. Sure, we carry some scars from our upbringing that we have to make conscious efforts to work through with professional help, but luckily there are some intrinsic traits that have helped us overcome where we came from. Unfortunately, sometimes those intrinsic traits can make you "bad" despite even the best upbringing.
How many of us are born to be a murderer? All of us. Without proper parenting, we would grow up like wild wolves, tearing each other apart for the crumbs of food. Being a killer is one of our basic instincts.
How many of us are raised to be a murderer? A few too many.

Yes, parenting is that important.
Can you address any of the points I made? Please and thank you.

You can always tell when someone doesn't have a point when they throw in a non sequitur to divert attention away from that fact.

You didn't answer the question. How will people be able to make such a guarantee? Let's hear your specific idea of due diligence that will ensure someone's child will not become a murderer. You seem to think you have found an answer, so don't hold back. Share with us.
People can't shoot without guns. But you already knew that.
