Exactly.

If 'the boss' ever sees him as a liability rather than an asset, he has an appointment with a cold slab.

They pull out all the old hoaxes to try to deflect from 'Dear Leader's' troubles.

Needs to be an inside job. Needs to be someone who can reach the victim.

We seem to have plenty of traitors in the White House who can be bought for a price, but Putin and Kim Jong Un each seem to have a tightly controlled group around themselves.

Well Putin enjoys very high favorable ratings within Russia. i.e. Russians love him.

As for Kim Jung Un, I'd imagine there have already been some attempts, but he has demonstrated that he will quite brutally kill anyone who he thinks might even be a threat.

Tyrants are like that, they tend to have a strong loyal base. Napoleon was wildly popular but he essentially destroyed the French republic. The people were ok with that for a time.

Putin and Duterte murder with impunity, and many people accept it and love them.

Well, this opinion. The reality is much different. Those favorability ratings were generated from American pollsters, not Russian ones.
