What the heck are you talking about? This was determined Henry Kerner by a Trump appointee. Blame his orangeness on this one. Did you even read the article?

She is still working there. The point is she's broken the law twice while doing so.

Hatch Act

Enacted in 1939, the Hatch Act (5 U.S.C.A. 7324) curbs the political activities of employees in federal, state, and local governments. The law's goal is to enforce political neutrality among civil servants: the act prohibits them from holding public office, influencing elections, participating in or managing political campaigns, and exerting Undue Influence on government hiring. Penalties for violations range from warnings to dismissal.

Don't expect much punitive action...

If she didn't know before, she knows now.

She violated the law.

Or is that so mundane in the Trump administration that it doesn't even rise to the level of being 'interesting' ?

Those that care might just might decide to join the Blue Wave of 2018. Voters are taking note each day of everything going on. The die hard Trump base won't care. But there are a lot of others, especially independents and conservatives that aren't die-hard Trumpists, that care.

It has nothing to do with Mueller, and it's death throes. Turn off Fox once in a while and use your brain.

Who is "they"?

Henry Kerner is doing his job. You know, holding up the rule of law and all.

Yep.

They'd be screaming for the guillotine if it were a Democrat, but a Republican found in violation of federal law? Ho, hum, nothing to see here - at least according to the Hypocrite party, formerly known as the Republican party.
