From there, we'll contaminate their colleges and then move into their neighborhoods.
Your dirty little secret comment is irrational, emotional and ridiculous.

You are wrong....and you know it.

I live in a community where some black kids are able to be bused into good schools. Takes the elementary kids over an hour to get here by bus. Once here, if they are sick and need to get home there is no way for them to get home. So they have to stay at school. Parents don't have cars so getting to parent/teacher conference, school events -- next to impossible.

Charter schools won't be put in the hood -- they will be put in the rich kids (black, white, Asians for your information -- but your bubble might be too small to know that).....hood -- and those kids have that same long commute. Yes, some families will may still choose that options, but others will not. They don't want their kids to spend 2 to 4 hours on a bus, have no opportunities to participate in extra curricular activities and have no way for the parents to be able to get them when they are sick.

Your view doesn't look at the down sides -- it creates a myth that makes you feel justified for your over simplification of the issue.

And the charter schools only want the best kids. The others -- let's just leave them back in those failing schools -- failing physically and failing because of neglect.

I will add -- I'm not insulted that folks that are cautious about charter school systems as the big solution for failing schools are deemed as racist by you. It is obvious your bubble is small. I just think you need to be aware -- there is a bigger picture.

Oh and yes -- in some areas some of the schools have lots of black kids -- but there all kinds of kids all over the states in rural areas -- lots of them white kids too -- that are in failing schools.

Actually, you have to make a deposit in the Trump bank account to proceed.

You might want to rethink that after looking at the NAEP results I posted.

Can't find it too many pages.

I live in a rich area -- we have kids come to our schools -- you can't tell which ones come from the failing schools, they don't have labels on them. We just know some kids are bussed in.

How do these stats prove that rich white liberals are racist?

They oppose school vouchers and keep minority kids trapped in subpar though lavishly funded public schools. For example, Washington, DC, Camden, NJ, etc.

She is pro-shove religion and an anti-science agenda down the throats of school children using charter schools to do it and pro-bleeding the public schools dry of funding so they are doomed to fail.

Liberal FAIL. How do you explain that Jesuit schools have the highest educational success rate regardless of socioeconomic level?

Additionally, for all you "religious schools are anti-science" nuts, religious schools have been getting taxpayer funding for DECADES. Boston College, Georgetown University, Emory University (which works hand-in-hand with the CDC, ask me how I know ), etc.,... are ALL religious schools and ALL receive taxpayer funding in the form of research grants, student loan funding, etc. So, that lefty canard is an EPIC FAIL.
