I know without a shadow of a doubt that the vast majority of Islamic believers (probably 99% of them) are good people with good intentions. Just as I know the same applies to other religious groups like Christians or Buddhists. It's only the extreme fringe supporters of these religions that we have to worry about.
Katygirl, I think you may be misreading my post. I said some of the countries in the middle east because I don't consider Israel to have a screwed up culture. American Muslims and Muslims who have adapted to the culture in the UK, Germany and other countries are fine and shouldn't be confused with the nutballs who won't assimilate and think everyone should be Muslim.
True, but the U.K. recently said they estimate they have about 23,000 extremists in their country, and more British Muslims went to fight for ISIS than have gone into the British military. I can understand not going into the British military, but definitely not ISIS. I would say the U.K. is having problems with assimilation.
It doesn't matter if some muslims are individually totally fine. As a group they are a negative influence and force. I don't want any immigrating here. I have plenty of muslim immigrants in my city. They just take up crowded space and serve as an eye and ear sore, most receive welfare and sometimes they're busted for terrorist activity and other things.
I disagree with you. They’re not an eye and ear sore, and most are probably not on welfare. Where do you live?

All of Europe is having problems, which is why I don't think we should let any in. Of all the countries, I think the U.K. is probably having the least amount of issues. Germany and France seem to have more.
Wikipedia gives me something else. I'm not sure what the difference is.
