Well, at least one of them finally backed up the threat with action.

I don't like Trump either, but I consider it rather cowardly to flee from someone with whom you do not agree.

Strange that he picked the nation probably most similar to what he knows.

I would guess that Damon disagrees with President Trump on the wall, extreme vetting, immigration reform and restrictions.

Rather ironic then that he would move to a country with extremely tight immigration policies.

Ironic he picks the nation where the deadliest member of virtually any species of flora or fauna lives. Start the description of almost any type of creature with "world's most deadly..." and dimes to donuts that creature is indigenous to Australia.

Whatever. His money, his family...bully for him. I don't buy into basing my values and choices on what "cool" people are doing, so Matt Damon's country of residency is utterly meaningless outside of the aforementioned irony.
