Wrong on all counts. Sessions fired McCabe due to the FBI's internal review and recommendation for immediate dismissal. Nothing to do with Trump. Nothing to do with Sessions travelling or his reading of the IG report. Very simple. The IG is required by law to report anything he considers criminal to the head of the FBI as he's investigating it. He can not wait for the final report to come out. The FBI did an internal review of McCabe's actions and recommended immediate dismissal.
Right. Trump had nothing to do with the firing, either, except for the tweets afterward crowing about it.
The ethics committee recommended firing, Sessions decided the timing.
The Office of Professional Responsibility recently finished it's investigation of McCabe, Sessions acted after McCabe was given a chance to review the OPR decision.
It's as simple as that.

It will be interesting to see if McCabe sues.
He could very well be facing a criminal prosecution for lying under oath...or even more criminal charges.

Based on what, that McCabe said he didn't do it. LoL
Washington (CNN)FBI Director Chris Wray hinted to FBI staff in an all-employee email that a government watchdog investigation played a role in FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's departure Monday, sources who have seen the memo told CNN.
Wray said in the message he could not comment on the coming inspector general report about the FBI's conduct during the 2016 election and defended himself as not being swayed by politics.
A source familiar with the matter told CNN that Wray had informed McCabe he is bringing in his own team, which McCabe would not be a part of, and that it was McCabe's decision whether to stay at the FBI or leave.
The coming inspector general report into the handling of the 2016 Hillary Clinton email investigation has taken on increased scrutiny as President Donald Trump and his allies have railed against FBI officials like McCabe for months over the agency's handling of sensitive political matters and what they argue is political bias.
Firing a person at 10pm on a Friday night after everyone has gone home is a cowardly and vindictive act.
They waited for exactly this moment so that the guy would lose his pension.
Sick.
