PUBLIC TROUBLED BY ‘DEEP STATE’
No question. The name has been changed from administrative state, and that's too bad, but it doesn't change anything.

Lois Lerner, Eric Holder, and John Brennen never went to a meeting together and swore allegiance to some "dark force' but the fact remains that they are as much cousins as everyone in the Hatfield clan.

And it's not new. The administrative state - the bureaucracies that make all the rules that effect every portion of our lives - has been written about for decades.

The Looney Left tries to scoff and deny its existence. The problem is, they are it.

Here's one article from 2007.

Also, as a practical matter, the agencies comprising the bureaucracy reside within the executive branch of our national government, but their powers transcend the traditional boundaries of executive power to include both legislative and judicial functions, and these powers are often exercised in a manner that is largely independent of presidential control and altogether independent of political control.

That was spot on. Good article !!! Worth the read !!!

The rule of law, in other words, would have to take a back seat to the social expediency provided by expert administration.

Yeah, I don't believe in Santa, but we should talk about the logistics of delivering all those packages in one night... Of course you believe in the Deep State.

These people are confusing the "deep state" with the "fat state". You know the place where all the leaks come from: the Offal Office and Trump's various orifices.
