New technique supposes that they could build a bridge while allowing traffic to flow through. Somehow that didn't apply to stress tests on unsupported concrete spans.
They should have never allowed traffic to go under a bridge that wasn't complete, on top of that, being stress tested at the time. A totally avoidable disaster. Pathetic!
Where politics may come in is when they look at how the bidding process for who got the job was done and what the criteria was for who was chosen.
No, it seems someone knew something about the Clintons and they used the bridge to kill that person and make it look like an accident (joking)
