Anyone can by software that hides their true IP address by routingh their traffic through numerous servers located in countries that don't allow the servers to be inspected by outside law enforcement agencies, e.g., Russia.

The account of the alleged slip-up is attributed to an anonymous source.

I'm guessing it's Schiff.

It was a VPN in France but his IP is Russian. The IP traces to Moscow.

I didn't know there was more than one contact for the DNC emails but it wouldn't surprise me. The Dems were clueless when it came to security, unlike the Reps who had no hacks.
