Can you provide us an example of the NRA either demonizing black people or selling guns?
That's what the NRA does, nowadays. It used to be they represented sportsmen, target shooters, and collectors. Now they are nothing but bagmen dispensing Blood Money to Congresspeople from the firearms manufacturers.
There are cracks starting to appear in the machinery, though. Remington still hasn't been able to sell enough guns to stay afloat. More manufacturers may follow as new gun purchases drop.
Castille was practicing his 2nd Amendment right to bear arm. Legally.
The NRA, alt right, mainstream conservatives, and everybody else on the right remained silent.
The "right" is ALWAYS silent. It isn't allowed to speak where it can be heard.
And your post is doubly silly because the "right" didn't have time to seek justice for Castile when we had to seek justice for ourselves.
Somehow a Filipino cop killing a black man was presented as a crime committed collectively by the white race. That's a lie propagated in furtherance of genocide, and combatting that lie and that genocide takes precedence over protesting a run-of-the-mill murder by a police officer.
You can only write what you write if you're not familiar with the research showing implicit biases exhibited by officers when dealing with people of color vs. other racial backgrounds.
First, what?
"[P]eople of color vs. other racial backgrounds"? Looks like you screwed up your silly PC lingo.
Second, cops are more likely to shoot whites than blacks, as Roland Fryer determined. That's the bias we're dealing with.
As long as your car doesn't smell of any drugs you are best just saying you dont have a weapon in your car. I think if he had done this he would be alive.
