Good times. There was nothing funnier in the whole birther movement than when they lost to an empty chair. What a great summing up of the movement--so lame they couldn't even win when they presented their case unopposed. Kind of like the Cold Case Posse and their ridiculous press conferences. It's hilarious that there are still true believers out there.

You simply refuse to accept the most logical answer--that the judge agreed with the defense that this was a truly bogus case to begin with. There was no need to present a defense to this steaming pile of manure, because it was a steaming pile of manure all on its own.
But then, if you believe Orly Taitz is a real and competent lawyer, it's understandable how this would be a difficult concept for you to grasp.
It would not surprise me one bit if Obama was truly born in Kenya; there's too much circumstantial evidence to suggest otherwise. The deep state looked the other way to keep the fairy tale going.
