Wasserman Schultz: background checks needed for gun ammo purchases | Tampa Bay Times

She’s back! Wasserman is trying a come back before she will be served off forever from politics.

Sooner than later the DOJ will issue an investigation regarding Wasserman and the DNC so this may be her last attempt for the lime light.

Wasserman wants a background check for buying ammo, next will be a background check for
Cigarettes and alcohol...

Wasserman says the gun is just a piece of metal but the ammo
Is the part that kills and needs to be bought with a background check.

When commons sense is lost...

Maybe take away cars and phones as today we had again road rage arrest by a young person and fatal car crashes where phones were suspected to be used while driving.

Alcohol kills more people, every year in traffic accidents than guns do.

Illinois already requires a background check. You need a FOID card to purchase ammo in Illinois.

It's an inconvenience, but once you give the state your fee for the FOID card, it's not big deal. Same background check requirement I went through to purchase a firearm.

People still buy ammo? Reloading is 1/3 the cost of retail.
