So I would do that if I had not found the "smoking gun" and needed more time...

Think Trump will buy this, think Mueller is an honest guy (as his reputation is sterling), and Trump is safe cause he covered his tracks. Really. Really. Good.

Mueller told Trump’s attorneys the president remains under investigation but is not currently a criminal target.

Kinda blows the BS the anti-Trumpers have been trying to sell on here.

We have to "wait and see " crowd can't float that nonsense about collusion and he doesn't have the goods for obstruction.

Without a crime Mueller can't compel him to testify. No perjury trap either.

They might get Trump for his ties to the Easter Bunny. The photo evidence from this week will convict him.

The special counsel also told Trump’s lawyers that he is preparing a report about the president’s actions while in office and potential obstruction of justice, according to two people with knowledge of the conversations.

PHMA-----this is a legal maneuver---
Once you KNOW by evidence a person is implicated in a crime as an attorney or police officer you are OBLIGATED to read them Miranda rights--
Rights that tell them not to self-incriminate
So Mueller would not get Chatty Trump in an interview room...thinking he could out thinks Mueller...

The investigation continues---meaning Trump has not been cleared...
That's all the incentive I need to stay tuned...
A man who can't stop Tweeting for 12 hrs would not be able to keep his mouth shut in an interview if no one asked him a question for 10 minutes...

I have a sneaking suspicion that Mueller will be revealed as a 'person of interest' in his own scandal(s) long before Trump will.

The Miranda rights are required when arrest is made. Not when someone is a suspect in investigation where there is no evidence to arrest.

They don't read Miranda rights to the lawyer. That's not how it works. Nice try !!!

Always interesting on the news when someone is strongly implicated in a murder and the police say they're not a suspect but a "person of interest". Next thing ya know, the non-suspect is all cuffed up and hauled off to the stony lonesome. Oh, let it be Trump's well-deserved turn one day soon!

So, tRump himself is currently a subject, but no yet a target of the criminal probe.

No mention of Kushner or Don Jr, though.

And tRump can morph from subject to target almost instantaneously.

Laugh now, cry later.

Just like the gang bangers tats.

Those conspiracy theory's sure are hard to keep up with.

I do appreciate the loony liberal Sherpa Guides who follow all the tinfoil hat details.
