So Mueller would not get Chatty Trump in an interview room...thinking he could out thinks Mueller...
The investigation continues---meaning Trump has not been cleared...
That's all the incentive I need to stay tuned...

The Miranda rights are required when arrest is made. Not when someone is a suspect in investigation where there is no evidence to arrest.
They don't read Miranda rights to the lawyer. That's not how it works. Nice try !!!
Always interesting on the news when someone is strongly implicated in a murder and the police say they're not a suspect but a "person of interest". Next thing ya know, the non-suspect is all cuffed up and hauled off to the stony lonesome. Oh, let it be Trump's well-deserved turn one day soon!

So, tRump himself is currently a subject, but no yet a target of the criminal probe.
No mention of Kushner or Don Jr, though.
And tRump can morph from subject to target almost instantaneously.
Those conspiracy theory's sure are hard to keep up with.
