Advertisements

Now nearing the end of her first full week back on the air following the controversy and her subsequent vacation, advertisers are continuing to jump ship from “The Ingraham Angle.” Add Mitsubishi and IBM to the latest tally.

An interesting side note to these sponsors pulling out of Ingraham's show, almost all of them have added statements to the effect that they are going to be closely monitoring where all of their ads are placed in the future. That doesn't bode well for many Fox programs going forward.

My main problem with him and his friends is related to this pic (taken before their "friends" were even buried) backstage at 'Ellen'.

Vile.

David Hogg isn't in that pic, no, but his profane rants that are all over the place are almost as bad as the pic.

Not that I'm unhappy about it, but - IBM? Do they even advertise any more?

It's really reaching to come to that conclusion.

Hogg is anti-NRA.

The NRA is not a person. You can even join the NRA and not agree with the way they lobby Congress. I do not see the attacks you are seeing here.

I see someone calling out the NRA, not every person in the USA who owns or has owned a gun. And, I say this as one of those people.
The NRA organization is millions of Americans who are members.

Somewhere near five million, though actual membership figures are a closely guarded secret. That would be roughly 1-1/2% of the U.S. population.

The NRA is an organization. That organization has members who pay dues.

The NRA isn't people.

Organizations are people. They're created by people, maintained by people, and represent the interests of the people behind them.

The NRA represents the interests of firearms manufacturers, and also publishes magazines to make the rank-and-file believe they got something for their dues.

This is why the viewpoint of David Hogg and the Parkland Survivors is important. This is what you will get more of when you arm teachers. More guns is not the answer.

They also publish people who use guns in self defense.

The also provide very good analysis of guns and calibers, to the rank-and-file.

I've never heard of the NRA killing anyone, have you?
