Yes!

These were all good people at heart! For the most part they all tried to avoid contention and attempted to unify all Americans.

They were always reluctant to speak disparagingly of other people of foreign nations.

They would never refer to Mexicans as "rapists" and then follow that insult with another immediately afterwards by stating, " and SOME, I ASSUME are good people"...

Then to refer to Haiti, Jamaica, and the whole African continent as $hidole countries....

Yes!

I'd prefer to support them any day of the week as opposed to that worthless imp!

So what you are saying is that YOU are just like HIM.....posting hate on Easter Sunday.

By the way, where is the link to this biased interpretation of Trump's words?
Leviticus 19:34
But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Why does trump even go to church on Easter....seriously.
He has claimed that he has nothing to be forgiven for so he clearly doesn't believe in that most basic precept, that everyone has sinned and is in need of God's forgiveness.
He can't possibly understand what today actually means nor why Christians celebrate Easter in the first place.

That being clearly true, it should surprise no one that he would disrespect those who do celebrate by spewing yet more hatred and bile.

He simply has no sense of decorum whatsoever.

"But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory. Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will tell those on his right hand, ‘Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry, and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in. I was naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and you visited me. I was in prison, and you came to me.’

“Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink? When did we see you as a stranger, and take you in; or naked, and clothe you? When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?’

“The King will answer them, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ Then he will say also to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels; for I was hungry, and you didn’t give me food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink; I was a stranger, and you didn’t take me in; naked, and you didn’t clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’

“Then they will also answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’

“Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you didn’t do it to one of the least of these, you didn’t do it to me.’ These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Matthew 25: 31-46
Amen.

Some translations use the word "sojourn"...

Which means "temporary stay", or "visit."

Just saying.

The Hispanic community is largely Christian.

No one should be PUNISHED for their parent's law breaking. These people broke no laws. They were kids.

That is NOT what he said.

Trump did NOT say he has nothing to be forgiven for.

"I am not sure I have. I just go on and try to do a better job from there. I don't think so," he said. "I think if I do something wrong, I think, I just try and make it right. I don't bring God into that picture. I don't."

Trump said that while he hasn't asked God for forgiveness, he does participate in Holy Communion.

"When I drink my little wine -- which is about the only wine I drink -- and have my little cracker, I guess that is a form of asking for forgiveness, and I do that as often as possible because I feel cleansed," he said. "I think in terms of 'let's go on and let's make it right.'"

(What he actually is discussing here is atonement, which is different.)
