Politics is a hard game of negotiation, concession, and bartering.
Being President... well, to quote one CIA official, running a nation and looking after its best interests means making decisions that leave one with many sleepless nights.
Jimmy Carter is literally the only president I can think of who had true integrity, and America hated him.
I suppose I would have to ask for a specific definition of integrity before I compared Trump to Obama.
Being president means making tough decisions because you must do so. Ugly decisions that any particular president often had literally nothing to do with, but it came to fruition as a product of many different factors over long periods of time.
Oftentimes we the people are not privy to those decisions for a number of reasons.
I suppose that is one measure of integrity, but it is a very poor standard. As I said, previous history almost always forces the hand of the current president elect.
Personally I suspect that I will never know within my lifetime what the true measure of integrity was. Usually those sorts of questions are only answerable a century after the fact, when documents are deemed safe to release (and often after being heavily redacted).
President Trump hands down. If a good chunk of the world hates him means he is actually DOING something instead of just talking.
Sure, Trump is doing something, he is a disruptive player. But he has zero integrity and ethics. The man is a proven chronic liar. Anyone who cheats on a pregnant wife with a pornstar has no integrity. None at all.
The fact you believe a has been worn out hooker is all I need to know you aren't a rational person to deal with.
Trump cheated on more than one of his wife's. Just ask Ivana about Marla Maples.
That said, I don't believe that any politician in my lifetime (60 plus years) has truly had personal integrity. Integrity means making your own tough decisions and taking responsibility for them, rather than letting rich people pull you like a puppet and shirking your responsibility for your mistakes. There hasn't been a politician elected to national office in my lifetime who didn't have wealthy puppet masters pulling the strings and I've yet to hear a national politician - of either party - admit they made a mistake and apologize to the American people.
