How is he misleading people? It is not ok to seize attorney-client communications. The basis for the seizure cannot be for the sole purpose of investigating a crime that may or may not have happened.
What communications? Highly unlikely there is any documentation.
That's not how criminal prosecutions work. If the people who are indicted don't plea, they'll go to trial and a jury will see the evidence. If the parties plea the public may never see the evidence, but the lawyers will.
I understand that. In this case, I don't agree with it.
Exciting news for sure. Things are certainly speeding up. The Stormy Daniels thing is just going to be one sideline of this...folks have already said this was clearly illegal in various ways (election laws ,etc.)...
Remember, Capone went to jail for tax evasion.
We haven't even started with all the state and personal cases....a POTUS is not exempt from any of those now or later.
Without his "shield" (crooked Lawyers), Mr. Trump may have a harder time navigating the world.
I'm telling you, I don't think he is. I really don't.
Good for you--
But whether you do or you don't doesn't really matter in greater scheme of things
Just like what I think doesn't really impinge on the investigation past, present, or future...
All I am asking for is to see stone cold evidence of a crime, or crimes. We have had too many months of unnamed sources and walked backed accusations.
So now regular joes and janes not involved with the investigation or prosecution can demand release of evidence in an ongoing investigation. After you make that demand to the various US attorneys, let me know how it goes.
What utter nonsense. The only time attorney-client information can be seized is when a judge can be convinced that there is probable cause that the attorney and the client were committing a CRIME.
Gov. Huckabee knows better. It's shameful that he is misleading people.
Where do you think Sarah learned all her tricks--at daddy's knee...

Your right. IMO it's not about a stripper payoff it's about another issue in a different part of NYC.
