Where are you going to get a physics professor that teaches climate change is fake. Where are you going to find an economics professor that says lowering taxes raises government revenue (lol). Half of modern conservative positions are so empirically false that it's hard to find anyone in academia who takes them seriously.
Right - it would be like giving Warren Jeffries his own channel and constant time on every media to express his message of "the pick of the litter"...
The only good part of all of this is that I have noticed, in recent years, so-called "conservatives" starting to accept liberal ideas as their own. Sure, they won't give credit where it is due, but their use (of technology, for example) and modern science and medicine speaks volumes. It's not what you say...it's what you do. And so-called conservatives seem to think that political action means keeping Fauz News on and cutting and pasting all over the interweb.
As a silly example, I see many "conservatives" driving a Prius....it wasn't so years ago.
The true radicals on the right are so few...but they make a LOT of noise. Most of it is like "I'm melting because Facebook won't let me express my Hate".
Same goes for the NY Times and Washington Post, the two leading drivers of the entire country's narrative on what is going on in the USA. Where are the Woodward and Bernstein's of 2018? Are they too afraid of having their lives destroyed if they dare step out of the "Leftist Cocoon?"
Those organizations tell the truth, and that’s why conservatives and your President despise them. Your side has an alternate reality you can turn to, it’s called Fox News. There are also a plethora of websites with right wing alternative reality journalism.

During the last presidential election my own Facebook feed was edited with no explanation. Just content removed. Pro Trump content. It made me a little scared to know that my little place could be robbed by the G=ds of Facebook.

Of course not. I would ask for my content back! Where did it go and why was it removed? I will tell you why to suppress any thought that disagrees with liberal desires. I am not a heavy poster or a blog type. I just posted my opinion about the election in one single post. It was removed. Nothing distastful or vulgar just a conservative point of view. This is why I was surprised. I am a citizen of the USA and my opinion was trampled on. Is this not trying to sway an election. If they took mine I can only imagine what bloggers with large followings lost.
Yep if you want to use a private companies service you have to abide by the private companies rules...

Company rule #2 Liberal thinkers will be praised and rewarded? Are conservatives the new Jew? With providers demunizing them?
While I wish that FB was more open, its not "your little place" by any means. They are a private company, you are their product, and they give you a free service that you are free to use/not use. You are under no obligation to use them, and in fact I'd suggest that anyone blindly accepting their FB news feed as actual news is doing themselves a HUGE disservice.
Facebook ceased being a "private company" the day it went public on the stock market. It should be treated as any business that serves the public and subject to the laws against discrimination or violations of constitutional rights.
