Chemical weapons should not exist. The Syrian government lied about it and they should pay a significant price.
We dilly-dallied with Al Queda back in the old days and it cost the lives of some 3,000 civilians in America.

Significant price. That meane many military deaths and/or lasing damage to their war making capability.
Why don't you fly over there and do it yourself, and pay for it out of your own pocket? Does $21 trillion in debt mean nothing to you?

The Syrian government has never declared war on nor has threatened the United States.

Assad is no threat to the United States. He is secular, like Saddam. The people he and Russia are fighting are worse than al Qaeda.

What if he did? Do you have a problem with that?

Personally, I'm for anything that prevents another war.

Does Trump have a clue at all?

First it is "We will make a decision soon"

Then he taunts Russia to "Get ready" for our "nice, smart" missiles.

Then almost every one points out to Trump how he is telegraphing military moves that he explicitly denounced Obama and Clinton for numerous times.

So now he tries to take it back by confusing the issue even more.

This president is so full of crap, he has no clue what he is saying, what he has said or what to do. He just runs off at the mouth based on what sees in the news at any particular moment.
If you are thinking this... then the enemies (or whomever) have no clue what he will do either.

That is a good thing with regards this whole Syria mess.

These posts came in close proximity to each other and made me chuckle.

and yet he just did.

if trump doesn't bomb syria i believe it would have more to do with his reactionary erratic thought process than any calculated strategy.

I think Obama made the right decision by not overthrowing Assad. Getting rid of Middle Eastern dictators, as evil as they might be, only leads to other problems. I still think the U.S. should have left Saddam Hussein alone.

I believe it would be immoral to do nothing in this case. What we should do is another question.
I dont know anyone suggesting we go to war. I DO hear folks suggesting we punish Syria.

Its the difference between punching someone for a action they did, and killing them.

That make sense?

If true wouldnt it have made more sense to say "we are continuing to investigate to make sure that our actions are just and right"?
