I truly hope that the black vote turns out and votes for the people who actually care for them regardless of party affiliation.

You need a photo ID to buy a fishing license, and to do just about anything else.
Therefore, you should need one to vote.

Why would Republicans want blacks to vote? There is an 80% or better chance they will vote against the Republican. No big deal. Democrats don't want white supremacists to vote either.
