I don't claim that our system is perfect, nor that any governmental system is, just that they're necessary and ours is a lot less burdensome than most.
On the bold, tell me how I can specify that they take $0 from our wallets and let us choose where our money goes...

I also don't buy that it's necessary, but I don't feel like derailing another thread with that topic.

I'd like to know that as well. What's good for the goose (the 47% of 1040 filers paying no federal income tax whatsoever) is good for the gander (me!).

Get enough people to agree with you and vote for people who represent that view. Not likely to happen, but it is possible.

They are bleephole countries not because they have no safety net.

The so called safety net is nothing but modern slavery.

What's the reason then?

That safety net is the only thing stopping the French Revolution 2.0 from happening right here in America!

Every socialist country such as USSR, China and NK had or has a safety net. Are they not bleepholes

That's the most blatant (and incorrect) example of 'correlation is not equal to causation' that I've ever seen. Besides which, except for NK which doesn't have a safety net, Russia and China are not bleepholes by any standard. Not my cup o tea perhaps, but they aren't bleepholes.

Every single first world country has a safety net.

But you dodged my question. If that lack of a safety net and their laissez faire capitalism (which I assume you think is ideal) aren't the reason Mexico or all the those other bleepholes are bleepholes, then what is the reason?

NK has the best safety net in the world. The government looks after everyone from cradle to grave.

Russia and China are not bleepholes now because they adopted capitalism! They were the biggest bleepholes when they were practicing socialism.

The so called safety net is nothing but slavery - the majority forces the minority to work and provide for them.
