James Comey with be interviewed tonight by New Yorker editor David Remnick, to a sold-out audience at the NYC Town Hall.
However, beyond that audience, I just wanted to mention that I assume that Remnick will use the best of the interview in his week-end radio program: The New Yorker Radio Hour. I'm expecting it to be better than either the Stephanopoulos or Colbert interview, if anyone is interested.
Comey really should be doing interviews other than liberal/msm outlets. That he does not would seem to imply that he doesn't think he could hold his own. If he believed that he could overwhelm, say, Sean Hannity (who has been all over Comey) why not go on his show and administer a beat-down? Or if not Hannity (whom I don't really like much) what about a guy like Andrew McCarthy of National Review?

Pffft. When is the last time Trump had a press conference? Seems to imply that he doesn't think he can hold his own. When is the last time Trump did anything other than call into the Trump Propaganda channel?

I totally agree - although I'm sure he has been on "neutral" programs. But he can only go where they want him. Comey can't force his way onto Hannity's show. I believe that it may have been Colbert who asked if Comey would be on Fox. But any Trump-favoring Fox person would know that he could never get the better of Comey.
Thank you - I heard part of it when I was in the car over the weekend. I'll have to catch the rest. Remnick is really good!
