Face facts. Comey is a well known boy scout and Republican operator. He did Clinton no favors and is likely responsible for the election of Trump. Don't know which half of Comey is more dangerous but suspect it is the boy scout.

So you've been running your mouth for the last two years making a claim completely contrary to all the evidence, and when called on it, you can't provide any evidence to back your claim.

That's what I thought.

Your butt can't cash the check your mouth has been writing for the last two years.

We're done here.

Comey said himself in his memo that it was classified.

Comey isn't Hillary, we don't exonerate before the investigation is concluded.

Lets wait for the IG investigation to make it's findings public before we exonerate Comey.

All of the purported highly classified documents claimed to have been on Clinton's server were initiated in the state dept by state dept staff. No documents involved had any direct information from other sources. The classification of such documents is solely the responsibility of the SofS. And no there is no rule that information in peoples heads from other sources renders that information classified.

The Comey stuff was nonsense. He has no charter to determine what is or is not classified. He does not even claim to. What he says is other agencies asserted the items were classified simply by the subject discussed. But subjects discussed are clearly the prerogative of the classifying authority...in this case Clinton.

You do not understand? Clinton was the authority who decides what the proper place is.

You don't understand, you failed to provide any evidence to back the claims you've been spouting off for the last two years.

Your claim is contradicted by all the evidence released to the public.

Provide verifiable evidence that every piece of information in Hillary's emails belonged to the State Department, or stop making the claim.

Provide verifiable evidence that any significant piece of information in Hillary's emails belonged to some other agency or stop making the claim.

See - Works both ways.

Clinton of course gets the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. Given she was not charged the obvious view would be she was not guilty of violating any statute.

I'm getting my information from the reports from the intelligence agencies that reviewed Hillary's emails.

The intelligence agencies have already released their findings, and they determined that over 2000 of Hillary's emails had classified information in them, and that 110 were classified at the time they were sent or recieved.

Go read their reports, I'm not going to waste time providing you sources, you have refused to listen to everyone that has provided information proving you wrong.

You are the one making the claims that are completely contrary to all the evidence, provide evidence to back your claim, or stop making the claim.

I have read about everything written on the subject. All the releases and reports. Many multiple times. The difference is that I don't go into it with a preconceived view.

Comey should have been removed from his job after his blatant interference in the election in July. DofJ protocol was not to ever make such an announcement particularly finding fault but no crime. Obama should be held wanting for not forcing that ouster even though it would have caused an outcry.

Given that Comey should get no credibility. He was playing political games.
